Custom Cover Guidelines
Print your own custom front cover for FREE. Back covers and the inside front and/or back covers can also be customized (extra charges may apply). All custom designs must be a press-ready digital file. Download our Press-Ready Planner Cover Guide (PDF) for details.
Note: As you build your planner, digital cover files can be uploaded when they are ready. If you order custom front and/or back covers or insides, this material must be uploaded before you can proof your book and place your order.

Handbook Page Guidelines
Handbook pages are priced by the page. All handbook pages, including photos and artwork, will be printed in black ink only. One page is one side of a sheet of paper.

For Varsity – 7" x 9" Pages
- Microsoft® Word Template for Handbook Pages - 7" x 9" - Varsity (DOC)
- Quark Template - 7" x 9" - Varsity (QXD) (Export as a PDF before uploading)
- InDesign Template - 7" x 9" - Varsity (IDML) (Export as a PDF before uploading)
For Graduate – 5 3/8" x 8 3/8" Pages
- Microsoft® Word Template for Handbook Pages - 5 3/8" x 8 3/8" - Graduate (DOC)
